Cooking has always been that friend of mine, which never leaves your side. This has been a long journey for me, it started about 25 years ago. I have always been fascinated by the prospect of cooking, I see it as creating something so beautiful which pleases others’ heart. For me, it’s an art and we as a cook must add soul to it and I have always had this penchant for trying different recipes and do some fusion with different cuisines.

Baking is another one of my passions, not just passion but a lot more than that, a hunger. And I believe that this journey has only just started, I’ve still not reached my destination.

About 10 years back, I realized that I had this thing in me and I wanted to share it with other people too. I started doing some professional courses and started this journey of mine. Over the past years, cooking and baking have brought some amazing things for me. I had the honor to host a couple of cooking episodes on a news channel, to be interviewed for a newspaper, and cooking episodes on YouTube and be a part of reputed competitions.

We have introduced a wide variety of short term and professional courses in the last few years and our institute, successfully running for more than 10 years now, has helped create some amazing and successful entrepreneurs, expert cooks, and I’ll always be glad to have the loving and amazing students and friends.
